We are committed to making strategic investments to build energized communities where individuals and families can excel, nature and wildlife thrive where safety and preparedness is at the foundation of everything.

The Puget Sound Energy Foundation is a nonprofit entity operating of independently of Puget Energy and Puget Sound Energy. It was established in 2006 after a $15 million endowment was received from Puget Energy. The endowment came from proceeds from Puget Energy’s sale of InfrastruX Group, an unregulated subsidiary. The Foundation received a $5 million infusion to the endowment in 2009 from upon completion of a merger with Puget Holdings LLC. None of the Puget Sound Energy Foundation’s funds will ever come from Puget Sound Energy’s utility customers.
